  Cross Country Training with Sharyn Caufield- every Wed from 5pm

When: Wed, 5pm Where: Central Reserve, Who: EVERYONE
(Train for Middle/Long distance - Choose your level - Parents welcome)

Sharyn Caulfield (Southern Stars age group leader) will be taking training this winter. Sharyn has been running Middle distance for many years with Athletics Waverley, so she will bring quite some experience to the training group. Parents are also welcomed (and encouraged) to train with the kids, so don't be shy, whilst you are down there you may as well keep fit yourselves :-)


  Track and Field - Training Information

Training for the Summer Season will resume around Sept/Oct.  Training is suitable for keen athletes in age groups U9 and up at our normal venue (Central Reserve, Glen Waverley) as follows:

 Wednesday 5pm-6.30pm
 Middle/Long Distance (Sharyn)
 Hurdles / Sprints
 HJ / LJ / TJ (Lindsay)
 SP / Discus (Tammy)
