Cross Country Training

(Train for Middle/Long distance - Choose your level - Parents welcome)
Sharyn Caulfield
(Southern Stars age group leader) will be taking training this winter. Sharyn
has been running Middle distance for many years with Athletics Waverley, so
she will bring quite some experience to the training group. Parents are also
welcomed (and encouraged) to train with the kids, so don't be shy, whilst you
are down there you may as well keep fit yourselves :-)

suitable for
keen athletes in age groups U9 and up at our normal venue (Central Reserve,
Glen Waverley) as follows:
